These terms govern your use of StudySignal at studysignal.ai. By using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use StudySignal.
What StudySignal is
StudySignal is a study and practice tool for standardized tests. Practice questions and explanations are provided for learning and self-assessment. They are our own materials created for practice and are not official test questions.
Your account
- You sign in with an email magic link or with Google. Keep access to your email/Google account secure — anyone with it can access your StudySignal account.
- You're responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information.
Acceptable use
- Use StudySignal for legitimate study and teaching.
- Don't attempt to scrape, bulk-export, resell, or redistribute the question bank or content.
- Don't disrupt, attack, or probe the service or other users' data, or attempt to bypass access controls.
Teacher features
If you create tests, rosters, or assignments, you're responsible for the content you add and for having the appropriate right to share assignments with your students. Students' results on assigned work are visible to the assigning teacher.
Availability & changes
StudySignal is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudySignal is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Practice results are not a guarantee of any score or outcome on an actual exam.
Termination
You may stop using StudySignal at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or risks harm to the service or other users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
